They have us at #5:

Laquon Treadwell, WR
Junior, Ole Miss
Brandin Cooks continues to develop, and the Saints may have struck gold in Willie Snead. They still need a big body to complement that duo, and Marques Colston, who turns 33 next June, no longer qualifies. Treadwell (6'2", 229) is all the way back from his gruesome 2014 leg injury. He absolutely bullies opposing cornerbacks, with a physical game ready-made for the NFL.

Nkemdiche, Bosa, Ramsey, Goff the first 4.

I don't mind it. Treadwell is a beast.

Would love Treadwell. He would instantly solidify the WR position giving us the big body, lightning in a bottle, and possession guy that we have done so well with in the past. Complete positions at WR and RB. Can finish off OL with draft or FA. Offense would be very QB friendly for either a restructured Brees or whoever else is back there next year.

Would still rather have Bosa or Nkemdiche though. We need somebody on D that requires a double team from opposing Offenses. We never get sacks because every one of our guys can be blocked 1 on 1. A DL capable of putting pressure on a QB by themselves is what leads to an elite Defense. We don't need guy who can be elevated. They are nothing without the player that can elevate them.

Cam Jordan has fought a lot of double teams, nobody else can win 1v1s though

I would rather a D Lineman but wouldn't be upset with this.

I think Tyler Boyd is a better receiver to be honest

Yeah me too, but we'd have to be picking top 2-3 it seems. I'd be happy with Treadwell as I don't want Ramsey that high.

Saints need meat. D or O line. I would rather trade down. We need picks. If we get enough picks mathematically some have to stick.

Treadwell is a stud, that'd be a good pick up.

I like Boyd a lot too. But I like Treadwell just a little bit more right now. If Bosa or Nkedeckiedaqu are off the board, then I wouldn't mind Boyd or Treadwell.

I think Boyd will rise a lot after the combine. Similar to Kevin White.

This would be a Radiers style pick. Explosive playmaker without shite to go around it. But damn he sure is explosive. Mean while on the other side of the ball, Cam gets double teamed. We get no pressure on Winston. He throws one across the middle. Byrd whiffs on the tackle. Long TD. Sean is pissed & Ryan looks fat/content.

Nah, Treadwell is more like an Andre Johnson, A.J. Green, Julio Jones pick than a Darius Heyward-Bey.

If we got Treadwell in the first, then a guy like Jordan Jenkins in the 2nd, I'd be happy.
