at pratice on NFL network? Sure seemed like it. I know they are practicing at Coral Gables. So was that for inspiration or attitude or for Vilma and Shockey? or all?

Saints practice at U facilities. I would guess the U gave it to him as an honor. He is doing the right thing and wearing it to say thanks for your hospitality.

I could maybe see him trying to get a bunch of the former members of the U of the 90s to come in and talk to the team. Get the team that invented "swagga" to come talk to this team about it. I think it'd be an awesome motivational tactic.
