If you announce anything like you mention season ticket sales next year drop to 25,000. It’s a fine line between trying to be competitive and restructuring the franchise.

Realistically, the Saint won’t be competitive in 2025 or 2026. Maybe they have some major pieces in place for 2027 to have a winning season.

Some of you are not ready for what’s about to happen. But please reach out to a fan that’s over 50 and we can talk you through the suffering. No need to try to go it alone. We’re here to help.

Not sure what you mean by “dead year”.

We don’t need to “tank” or “blow it up” if that’s what you’re insinuating.

We do need to rebuild. Let Carr, Kamara, Demario, Mathieu and Cam play out their contracts. During that time we need to draft a lot of players with plans to extend McCoy, Breese and Fuaga in the next few years. We can keep Ruiz, Warner, Adebo, Taylor, Kool-aid, Howden, Harris, Granderson, Penning and Shaheed if they take reasonable/team friendly deals.

Most of those players have issues. Breese cant stop the run, Shaheed cant play jump balls, Taylor loses players and knocks interceptions from his own team, Werner cant tackle big backs. Ruiz misses a lot of blocks and is overpaid. Koolaid has a long way to go. Those players are decent not great

And we will still win like 6 games both years fricking destroying our draft position. It is a never ending cycle.

If you're playing for the #1 draft pick you're a loser already no matter what your record is.

I agree that would be a problem but it can be mitigated by offering a future years package. Something like season ticket holders for 2025 and 2026 have their season ticket price fixed until 3030 season. Or, 25% reduction for for a future season at ticket holders choice with 5 years.
