They just said on Sportscenter that Kromer said the Saints "Aren't counting on Smith" this week.
I don't get that. He participated in the entire preseason. How out of shape could he have gotten in less than a week?

Smith is absolutely in shape to play, being that he did play in every preseason game. I wouldn't start him, but I'd absolutely play him a good bit.
