I don't see why the judge couldn't at the very least let the players play until the Aug 30th hearing. I don't understand why she feels so "powerless." you're a damn judge

I think she does one of two things:
Takes it under advisement so she can continue to search for legal authority to do what she clearly WANTS to do, to cover her arse
or
She punts until the Aug 30th arbitration hearings.
