Levy- CBA requires RG to prejudge disciplinary issues. NFLPA,and Kessler, agreed to this process in the CBA. PA agreed to this inherent bias

That's a terrible strategy IMO...essentially confirming inherent bias (i.e. unfairness) in the process?

I know its basically saying........we make the rules so don't think about telling us what we can and can't do.

Agreed. Just because you agree to something, does not mean its infallible. If that's really their argument, "oh you agreed to it, too bad," that's pretty shotty

One thing that has been perfectly clear throughout this process is the CBA was a freaking train-wreck. I'm not expecting much considering the PA agreed to something making Goodell judge jury and executioner. As much as I hate Goodell, the PA sound like a bunch of r-tards.

Yes...remind this female judge that RG is heavy handed on locker room talk but lenient on sexual assault / rape.

Ben is a horrible comparison. You're saying that an incident where police were involved an its on record of the wrong doing is the same thing as unfounded accusations?
Really? Am I taking crazy pills?

This right here. As much as I fricking hate Goodell and hope he is removed because he is a short sighted clown who is going to ruin this league in his pursuit of the 18 game season, D Smith should be straight up fricking canned immediately. NFLPA = RG's bitch
