Nevermind. It was there but it hid Cydia abd every other tweak. Removing Winterboard! :banghead:
It should automatically update within Cydia. When I JB I couldn't even find MS but I went look after lunch after I saw Cydia updated and there it was.
When I search biteSMS it gives me version 7.5...?
Yea I just installed it.
Cydia just updated and Mobile Substrate is there along with a new look.

Notes:
» Game within the Game -- A two-minute warning will be added to the first and third quarters and the ball will change hands after each quarter. This will increase the opportunities for quarterbacks to direct "two-minute drills," which are especially exciting for fans.
» No Kickoffs -- The coin toss will determine which team is awarded possession first. The ball will be placed on the 25-yard line at the start of each quarter and after scoring plays.
» Rosters -- The rosters will continue to consist of 43 players per squad. The kick return specialist will be replaced by an additional defensive back.
» Cover Two and Press Coverage -- The defense will be permitted to play "cover two" and "press" coverage. In previous years, only "man" coverage was permitted, except for goal line situations.
» Stopping of the Game Clock -- Beginning at the two-minute mark of every quarter, if the offense does not gain at least one yard, the clock will stop as if the play were an incomplete pass. This rule will make the team with the ball attempt to gain yardage toward the end of each quarter.
» Game Timing -- The game clock will start after an incomplete pass on the signal of the referee, except inside the last two minutes of the first half and the last five minutes of the second half.
» Play Clock -- A 35-second/25-second play clock will be adopted instead of the typical 40-second/25-second clock.
» Sacks -- The game clock will not stop on quarterback sacks outside of the final two minutes of the game. Currently, the game clock stops in these situations outside of two- minutes of the second and fourth quarters.

I agree. Unless they settle to remove his suspension completely, I think he'll keep fighting this.

I would like to think, that after the way the judge just made her statement, they will work to settling it. She has seem to make it clear and even stated that she wants to rule in favor of Vilma and thinks RG was out of his jurisdiction. She's urging them to settle this or have arbitrator turn it over.
If this happens, she won't have to make the ruling and then have the NFL go to the 5th circuit and appeal her ruling. BY not making a ruling today she's actually helping Vilmas case. I know we are all tired of the waiting, just got to stick with it.
But it also wouldn't surprise me if the NFL says screw it, you can rule in Vilmas favor. We will just appeal it.

I agree. But if it means getting the right decision and suspensions overturned with a small step towards getting CSP back... DEF worth the wait.

She is holding off, and did everything she could to send a message to the arbiter to reverse this sham. Also sending a message to NFL to very seriously work to settle this.
If they don't, and the arbiter upholds, I am confident she will rule in favor of the players after 8/30.
She would just rather it come from the arbiter so she wouldn't be appealed.
She wants the NFL and arbiter to do the right thing so she doesn't have to.
