Man, it stings that it's Carolina and not the Bears or Pats or someone out of the division. But I'm so happy for Teddy to get a chance to start and make a lot of money.

TYFYS and making our team a lot more fun, Teddy.

I would be terrified to take a single snap behind TB's o-line if I were Brady. I don't think TB is going to be his spot.

Every MVP is former MVP so try again.

Is he better than former MVP Mahommes? No but he's still a good QB.

Well he’s familiar with Joe Brady

Is he though. Brees didn’t even really know who Brady was when he was with the Saints. Maybe Teddy knew him better.

Newton has a lisfranc. His values lies in his ability to run. He’s a 59.6% career passer, it’s not like he can transition to a pocket passer

Carolina becomes the biggest division threat, even if Brady goes to TB. Teddy will have serious weapons along with Brady. If their defense has any life they’ll be very good

Newton can’t rely on his legs as much anymore.

Teddy knows just as much as anyone else in our division. They play us twice a year and have days worth of tape on CSP's offense and its evolution.

It's not like we're going out there with the same plays, calls, and personnel every year. The coaching staff will make enough changes to keep other teams guessing like we have for 13 years now.

Happy for Teddy.

Going to be pretty awkward when Saints up 3 tds in the 4th quarter and Choppa Style comes on the PA system.

It makes sense for both Teddy and Joe Brady because of the familiarity, but it's not one, as a Saints fan, that causes much concern. He's not going to be able to carry them to victories if there are other significant deficiencies on the team (unlike Brees who was able to carry the Saints to wins despite some really awful defensive performances).

IMO, Cam is the bigger boom/bust prospect. He could be hurt and not give a shite, thus tanking the season. But if right, he still has some unique physical gifts not many have. Bridgewater was the safe pick and I understand why they got him, but I wouldn't be over the moon if I were a Carolina fan

Deal not done yet...

But Panther's fans aren't happy about it...

I'll enjoy seeing him take the starting job from Cam, assuming Carolina can't find any team dumb enough to trade for Cam.

If Carolina signs Teddy, no way they keep Cam- that would be too much $$ tied up at QB...

Bridgewater doesn't know our offense. Payton had to simplify that shite for him to be effective and he wasn't all that effective to begin with outside maybe 2 games

He’s not going to NE to follow in Brady’s shoes. Much easier to follow Cam’s.
