Two inches to the right on the field goal is basically what separates the team from being

possibly tied for first in the division even with all the penalties and turnovers that this team has committed. Yes we got screwed on a couple of calls but when it's said and done we earned the rest. Through 4 games so far matched against our four opponents the team has generated more offensive yards from scrimmage and the same amount of first downs but are
1-3 because of penalties and turnovers. We've lost 6 fumbles in 4 games, That is horrendous. With 5 interceptions alone just in the 2nd and 3rd games. In four games 34 penalties for 319 yds. That is unacceptable. Penalties are drive killers and turnovers are deadly. There is too much talent on this team to stay in this position and I'm not buying the A.K. and M.T. bullshite that (they got paid). Injuries are a part of the game and they will deal with them and they should be back soon. Evey team in the league had from 5 to 7 players they held out this week. If the staff and players address these fixable mistakes the future is bright if they are not addressed then the forecast is gloomy at best.

The division looks like arse so everything’s still in front of this team.

they were barely scraping up everything they had just to match the points they had to overcome so while anything is possible, im not confident they could have marched down and added points if they did manage to go to overtime.
they had the game won until the refs put the fix in, after that its doubtful they wouldnt keep rigging the calls against the saints. lets face it, they were on life support and had to get very lucky to move down the field and all it takes is one fake holding penalty to stall any drive the saints tried to muster

We are what our record says we are. We are a 1-3 football team. It's not looking good to be anything better than that, either.
The team is poorly disciplined and poorly coached. They have some real issues at quarterback and on the offensive line. That, THAT, is a real recipe for disaster. No doubt about it. AND we don't have a first round pick next year. I hope someone capable is there at round 2.

I didn't realize we only have a four game season this year. Guess it's time to fold the tents, throw in the towel, and quit now. Besides there is only 13 games left.
