I have no doubt we go QB in the first next year. Who will it be? Need more time to watch the 4 prospects listed above.

People didn't consider Kyler Murray one either, yet here we are. The guy went #1

If y’all want to have a circle jerk over Joe fricking Burrow, do it on the rant.

We cant talk about one of the top college QBs on here when we currently have an injured 40 year old QB on the last year of his contract?

Saints hate LSU players so can't be Burrow and since we gave up all of our picks for the next 3 drafts for Davenport we'll have to settle for whatever is left

I cannot argue that there is some problem with the Saints wanting to draft LSU players. Do we not, however, have a first round pick next year? I've read several pundits say that the Saints are looking at Jake Frohm (or however he spells his name).

It's pretty well known that we gave up 12 first round picks for Davenport

ETA: I see you have 11 posts, yet none of them are an introduction on the OT Lounge. You have to introduce yourself there. Everyone is real nice

Joe B no doubt. If arm strength and other measurables were essential , Drew, Montana, and Kenny Stabler would have amounted to nothing.

Regarding arm strength, this does improve as they develop more at the pro level.

Listen... I've always been able to take off the p&g glasses when it comes to drafting homer players. Seems like you get tons of retard posters with an "LSU" next to their name coming in here thinking every senior or declared junior should get drafted here.

BUT

This is one very rare instance where I believe Joe Brady's system, training Joe Burrow for a year and then being able to plug him into SP's offense could finally be the one tiny puzzle piece that ultimately make sense.

I would legitimately take him. He's literally playing in a Saints passing scheme right now and will be for the rest of the season.

Me too.

I hope he goes full circle.

Wins the Heisman and then knocks off Bama if they end up playing in the semis or the final.

Would be one of the better stories in awhile in cfb imo.

Hurts cannot pass against SEC defenses. What makes you believe he can pass against NFL defenses?

I hope he has great success at Oklahoma, but he’s just not a passer.

Yeah hurts has those QB qualities I was rooting for him at Bama the way the shitted on him.

Most people were criticizing him as a player. And he did struggle as a passer for his first two seasons. He seems better since then though so we’ll see.

I like Joe or Herbert. If we do go a QB next year. How yall think Joe Lombardi will handle the rookies?
