They are allowed in. They can't tweet about the practice until its over.

It has been their policy for years. I assume if they move inside and its not due to weather, there are specific reasons, ie they are working on certain things or don't want video of certain things.

So we waived or IR'd 3 WRs this week: Massington, Dural, Smith...hence bringing in Tate and Floyd.
