Seeing this reminded me that we lost our two most interesting games last year (GB, SF), and I had completely forgotten who we had lost to. When I checked the schedule, I just ended up getting super pissed again. I mean, the TB game was weird since we lost our coach in the middle of the game, but fricking St. Louis?

yeah i know. but its not like we didn't struggle against them up there in 2009 either. I realize we had some guys out that year against them because of injury but they were a terrible team that year too. They had just one win at the time and we beat them by five points.
I remember getting teased into thinking the Rams were gonna beat the 49ers in the regular season finale last year also. I think that would have altered the playoff seedings but the 49ers won 34-27. shite happens.

The Steelers being hard headed and playing Big Ben on his busted ankle is what made them lose to SF and change the NFC seeding.

Forgot about that shite, too. A few non-Saints games could have drastically changed last season. I can't say for sure that we would have beaten the Pats in the SB, but there's about a 75% chance that we beat both the 9ers and the Giants in the Dome. Having a week off + playing the 9ers at home definitely gives us an edge in that game (that we barely lost in SF), and we've had the Giants number since Brees got here and already pushed their shite in at the Dome earlier last year.

oh yeah forgot about that. for some reason i thought that we would have gotten the #2 seed if the 49ers had lost to the rams.
i think that would have put them with 2 division losses on the year but we only had 1 division loss. they had lost to the cardinals earlier in the year. oh well, frick it
i'm over poured at the moment so i'm gonna go pass out now
can't wait to beat the hell out of the redskins in week 1
