The one bad move was signing Derek Carr! Investing 100 million in an average QB to be “competitive”.

It waa strange we invested so much in a QB coming off a really bad season and who hadn’t proven anything with us. Give him a shorter deal, incentive laden and make him prove his worth. He likely would have gone somewhere else but thats better than what we’re seeing now.
