we shouldn't be
Oh really? Are you at practice and workouts with these guys everyday? You know more than the people that are? And some of those people that are there everyday are highly regarded at their profession.

My only gripe is we didn't address the Oline, not even for depth. I guess the staff just didn't see anyone worth drafting over whom they ultimately selected in the end.

Yes, I trust in this front office. Rob Ryan knows defense and he has had a lot of insight with these last few pics. I trust in him!

The offensive line didn't fumble at Seattle in the playoffs. That turnover was huge in a one possession loss.

I guess there's still time to bring in a guy to be grubbs' replacement, we'll see

The coaches know our players better than we do. They know what they can and cant do.
Armstead, Evans, Grubbs, Strief, and Lelito. 3 of those guys are good and proven players. Armstead is going in his 2nd year and has all the ability in the world to be a great LT. And it looked like the light bulb went off for him towards the end of the year. Lelito is the only questionable guy, and its obvious the coaches are high on him and trust him enough to not take a C. And then we have Jones and Kelemete.
What guys would you have wanted at the back end of the 5th round? Do you think those guys would be able to contribute more than guys like Sunseri and Powell? Because I dont.

And end up with another Brian del la Puente. They probably feel they can get those same type players as UN drafted free agents. Or just wait until the next cut date and grab a vet

Should have never played the eagles.
Should have been home field advantage but do YOU remember trying to run the ball for a first down in New England???? Could not get a first down in 3 series???? Lost the game in the last few seconds because of that??? And that was not the only game we lost because the OL sucked like a porn queen.

Lost the game on a throw by a HOF QB FYI

We need o line help
Why do people keep saying this? The only position on the OL that needs help is C and there has not been anyone worth taking at any of our picks at that position. We have two pro bowl guards, the top RT from PFF last season and Armstead was fantastic in the last few games last season.
I'm not really sure why people think we need offensive linemen. The only argument outside of C that you can make is that we would want a guard so we can get rid of Grubbs or Evans in a few seasons because they're expensive. That's it.

do you remember the more important game vs the panthers with less than a minute to go? did our o line drop the ball on that one?

and on top of that.. why just force a lineman now?
