Fans should boycott buying concessions and the prices would drop. If not one person bought a $15 beer that would force them to drop price. Regardless, anyone that pays $15 for a beer needs their head examined.

Add in another $300-$400 for a new car window.

That has actually stopped. They caught the group that was doing it downtown. Apparently, it was some sort of criminal gang of about 10-15 or so thugs. We haven’t had any windows broken in about a month or two in the CBD.

How can you enjoy paying $34 for a beer and burger? Then add tax and tip it’s closer to $50. Insanity.

I will never understand the bitching about drink prices when you can basically walk right in with a plastic flask and drink all game on an $8 souvenir soda. I will never understand the bitching about food prices when you have every opportunity to eat whatever you want before the game and not have to spend a dime on food inside the Dome. Man yall love to bitch

Tell me what you pay in Atlanta? LINK Go watch the Saints in Atlanta is cheaper than watching them in the Superdome. Makes sense!

If you read the article, it says how they offset the low food prices. The personal seat licenses start at $2500 a seat. Then you actually have to pay for the tickets. I doubt every seat in Atlanta has a PSL, but when PSL’s start at $2500 and go up to $45,000, somebody is paying the difference.

I’m not saying the Saints concession prices aren’t high; what I am saying, is you have to factor in everything. To the best of my knowledge, Saints don’t have PSLs at all.

I was looking at tickets for the Indianapolis game to take my kid to see his first game. The cheapest seat in the stadium was over $80 face value with fees. A pair of nosebleed seats on the sideline in the highest part of the stadium was over $200 face value with fees. With parking and concessions (sodas and food) it runs about $325. For decent seats (nothing great), we were looking at almost $600 for the tickets alone - Colts fans essentially sell their seats for face value. I have 100-level seats in the dome (about $150 each face value). I realized it would not be much more expensive just to fly to New Orleans on Southwest the day of a game and fly back same day. At least he’d get to see a home game.

Point is, it’s not cheap anywhere.

I hear they take EBT in the 600s so prices are meaningless

Gave my tickets up this year. It hurt a bit but the prices keep going up on the tickets and concessions. So I'd much rather save that money and put it to better use. I will pick a game here and there but that's it. The Brees Era is over and so it getting shafted by Gayle.
