I think it's safe to say that after only two games Kromer will never be a head coach in this league. He is fricking clueless!

I said months ago benson was cheap and saints would pay for not hiring a new head coach. It didnt take long for me to be proved correct.
You cant just not have a head coach and expect a bunch of noname assistants to run the team. doesnt work that way.

It had nothing to do with money. Once you decide to keep Payton long term, the choices for interim were very limited.
So, you were right for all of the wrong reasons.

He could have forked over the $$ and had Parcells. Just saying! Parcells would've been just a 1 yr thing so it would fit in the plans for keeping Payton long term!
