So many excuses for Winston. At some point, we have to decide can we WIN A CHAMPIONSHIP?

Winston is what we call a "placeholder QB".
He's the guy you want playing for a season or two while trying to find/develop the guy that can take you all the way.

You should be more concerned with being a .500 team under Dennis Allen this year than anything. This offense is fricking atrocious.

He has 4 broken bones in his back, and limited practice time this week! Oh yeah, bring back fing noodle arm who was a humongous cap hit and the last 2 seasons couldn't throw beyond 8 yds. WTF.
