With 3rd and long early in this drive if someone had come up to make the tackle instead of waiting for the ball carrier to come to them we would have had the ball back.

Which is incredibly strange since we took a time out to start the drive. We were completely lost on how to defend that short passing game.
We are preventing them from going deep, but if it's that easy to chip away on us then there might not be much of a point.

Detroit got lucky on that drive. Every single positive play they had they barely got past multiple defenders and barely got past the 1st down marker. And playing 10 yards off every down didn't help.
