Tyron Smith just signed with the Jets, but Bakatari, Trent Brown, Mecki Becton, Charles Leno, and Dillard was waived. All starting tackles. Has to be killing the market for Peat.

no need to overpay at a position that is so difficult to coach. The Panthers paid up for a few guards, let's see how that works.

maybe teams are going to draft O-line more than we think? This draft has nice talent. I'm fascinated at what could be available at 14.

IMO Brown is not washed but he's missed a ton of games so that could be why he's still out there

I’m just saying with this many out there, we should be able to get one that wants to start on a cheap one year prove it deal.

Would sign one on a one year prove it deal and still draft an elite LT in the draft.

Paraphrasing Bill Parcells: If you have a need for player at a position, then get two.

I know he’s the least known because he only played 8 games but I would really be tempted to take Amarius Mims from Georgia because he’s definitely a LT. A lot of the others project as RT. Love the kid from Oregon State but I don’t think he’s got the feet to play on the left side. They say the Washington LT can stick out there but most think he’s a guard in the NFL. The big one I’m curious about is JC Latham. He’s huge and people say he’s a RT but I honestly think he could be a very good starting LT. He moves like a guy 100 lbs smaller than him and when he gets his hands on you it’s over.
