Who's he talking to in the microphone? Other officials? Someone in LA?
ETA...assuming he's mic'd up, the nfl records this shite like the players.

Better question...why do networks not have those giant cones pointed at officials to hear what they are saying on the field? We can hear QB's calling out snap counts and audibles, but not a group of guys discussing a play?
