I would send him to Patriots or Broncos.

Belichik typically does not trade for highly paid prima donnas. He moves on from them and gets them later after they have been humbled.

I definitely am preferring a trade to a shite team like the raiders or jags if we feel like we have to deal him

The Bengals would never makes this trade .... M Thomas and a 1 wouldn't get one of those players.

Why would Thomas want to be traded?
He’s taking it easy, cashing checks, and living the high life.

To be clear, he hasn't actually requested a trade despite the headline from what I've seen from Nick Underhill and a few others. I'm sure it's on his mind though. Either way, no way he gets traded this year. The dead money just makes it not worth it AND he isn't healthy. Next year it's possible though. However, it'd still be a lot of dead money to absorb.

Do you really thinks he cares about playing anymore?
He is set for life and apparently not very fired up to rehab.

Of course he could be a victim of some bad reporting but it doesn’t sound like he’s ready to correct the record.

I'm not going to pretend like I know everything going on in that dude's head. From this perspective it's inexplicable why he wouldn't communicate with the team. But I will say, that this is the same egotistical player that's obsessed with his legacy and gets butthurt when people don't call him the best. In addition, this was his year to prove just how good he is since it's his first without Drew. So I don't think he simply didn't want to play.
