Drew speaks his opinion that you agree with, cool. He's God. To everyone else fighting the issues you and him are ignoring, it was dismissive and somewhat cynical and bigoted. I don't think he is a racist, but the same typical condescending rhetoric of a certain party who believes it's their way or way.
Sharpe and anyone else speaks their opinion of Drew in opposition, then you do the same thing you said people shouldn't do with Drew and that is get angry because his opinion is different from yours.

Not when it's public slander. Not when it's a public Non acceptance of an apology. If sharp was just speaking his opinion about what Drew Brees said that would be one thing. But to call for his retirement And to defame his character as a person crosses major lines. Period

I can't argue with your statement. I respect your opinion on it. A lot of emotions flying high right now and it's time to seek better understanding of one another.

100%.
Right now it sucks so much because something with really great potential and promise has been hijacked by EVIL media-politicians and ignorant radicals.
This is coming from someone who was not a fan of kneeling per say but not as bothered by it by some. I think if people kneel that's their business. I know what the flag represents to me. I will stand and sing proud. But The flag isn't my God.
