Shannon Sharpe is a moron

He picked the Saints to win the Super Bowl before the season. Now that we are kind of proving his point, he makes up a different excuse every week as to why we aren’t the best team. He picks against us every week. All he does is jerk Mahomes off. Tonight he tried to say that our defense sucks. If i knew we would win out, I’d wish for the Rams to skulldrag the Chiefs just to shut his dumbass up. But then he’d probably just hop back on the Rams bandwagon like he was on before we skulldraged them.

Him saying their defense sucks when they held Philly to only 7 and a good Cincy offense to only 14 the previous week is just plain retarded. He needs to start thinking before he speaks.

He's just being a contrarian and it's kind of boring TV when everyone says the same thing. Sanders always picks us so he has to counter it.
It was just like in college I took a CMST class where we had to pick sides of debates all the time. Even if we didnt agree with what we were defending, you can still find an argument to defend something. That's all these guys on TV are doing most of the time.

Yeah i agree. I really don’t know what his problem is with us all of a sudden. He also said something like “Chiefs are gonna show everyone how you really beat the Rams”.......umm like we showed everyone already???? I don’t get it

The sooner people realize that this is all they’re doing on TV, the easier life will be. None of these guys are attached to their arguments. The network wants to present all sides of the coin so everyone watching can have someone they agree with.

Yeah, in today's culture there's no way he's a prominent media figure if there was any truth to any of that.
As others have stated, it's amazing how the analysts on these shows always seem to disagree about whatever the topic is. Almost like it's scripted...

Skip has been defending the Saints for a really long time. I appreciate the voice that has been going against the grain (rams or Chiefs)
