Lots of people on CowboysZone are saying they "just have to pressure Brees." Little do they know we have the best offensive line in the league, too It's very hard to find a weakness on this team, much less the offense

We get it out too quick.

Their best shot is to stop the run and force us in to 3rd and long with tight coverage and hope Brees is off his game.

Well to be fair, that's the key in any game. But let them bring the heat. Brees can start quick slanting to Thomas and Smith, and carve them right up.

That and Brees has one of the quickest releases in the NFL and is arguably the best at picking up blitzes and pre snap audibles in the game. Also add that MT is the best WR in the league at winning off the LOS, yeah good luck with your pressure. Ask Aaron Donald and Suh how that worked out for them.

They arent wrong that is the key. However, this year Payton has been marvelous with in game adjustments. Add in the stellar offensive line play and Drew's quick release...its hard to sack him...last week the Falcons sacked him and I looked it up...it was the first time he was sacked in 4 weeks. Saints lead the league tied with the Colts in sacks allowed at 11...Titans are last with 39....followed by....the Cowboys at 38.

Makes such a difference when we have skill guys that can beat press man off the LOS. A few years ago, quick pressure on Drew killed us because we had guys who couldn’t separate quick enough.

If we mop the floor with them and drop 40+ there is gonna be a complete melt down. Like, LSU rant level melt down.

They’re coming off a nice win and really pumped about facing the #1 team at home. Man they’re gonna crash so hard.

Only 10 of those sack were on Brees. Atl sacked Hill once on Thanksgiving (iirc Hill held on to the ball too long and tried to leave the pocket too late).

We've given up 2 sacks on Brees in the last 6 games, 4 of which are against great Dlines:

Ravens
Vikings
Rams
Eagles

And Atl and Cincy have decent Dlines also.

And I don’t have the numbers in front of me right now, but the pressure numbers are also extremely low over that stretch.

It's one of the best runs for an Oline I've ever seen. Far better lines than Dallas' have tried and failed.

This! If the Rams couldn't pressure Brees then the cowgirls are going to have a long day tonight against this O-line.

Their best shot at winning is going to be multiple turnovers (unlikely) and Dak Prescott using his legs in passing plays.

Their passing game isn't good enough to keep up with the Saints and while their rushing attack is good, it's not going to match up well against the number one rush defense in the league, in the Saints. They going to have to hope that Prescott can scramble his way into some third-down conversions to keep their offense moving down the field.

well they arent wrong, when brees can be pressured a lot we struggle greatly.

their problem is we have a good O-line so they wont be able to pressure him in any meaningful way, at least that is my opinion and hope

Yep, according to their fans the Saints haven't faced a:
— Defense as good as Dallas
— defensive line as good as Dallas
— secondary as good as Dallas
— linebackers as good as Dallas
— running game as good as Dallas
I throw this one out:
— fan base as full of shite as Dallas
