more than some. I predict we will run predominantly 3-3-5 with 2 CB and 3 Safeties. This is a passing league now, so 5 DB's will become the norm. The 3-3 will be a hybrid with Juniah interchanging between hands on ground and roaming around. I think he will explode this year like Chad over his Twatter account

Corey White in man coverage is dispicable. I don't see how anyone has any hope for him. Hope he proves me wrong in the future, but he is just terrible in man.

I'm actually still holding out a little hope for Robinson. (Probably only because he was a former 1st rounder). Big year for both of them.

I love what I've been seeing from some of these guys, mainly Lewis and Bush, this offseason. Working in sand pits, strengthening their cardio

That was Lewis and Sweeting, but I agree, seeing the guys committed to excellence is awesome!

Same here. Like you said, it was his highlight reel, but it was impressive.

I'm actually enthusiastic about the development of White and Robinson, particularly with Bailey around to mentor.

I think we'll see some 3 safety sets, which will take pressure off of at least one cb. And besides, if we can at least all agree our safeties will be legit, then that "should" automatically help our cb's

Put it this way, we better see some three safety sets.

We ran a ton of 4-2-5(or 3-3-5 as some saw it) with 3 safeties because of circumstance. Robinson went down very early and was getting about even snaps with the 3rd safety before that.

Later on White was earning more playing time than the 3rd safety at one point and then Greer went down.

Had Robinson and Greer stayed healthy the whole year we wouldn't have run nearly as much 3 safety sets as we did(which isn't saying we wouldn't have ran any).

Now with Bailey(who I believe could be at least as good as Greer was last year), Robinson healthy(hopefully), White, and maybe even a rookie corner I think we run less 3 safety sets than we did last year, more on track with what we would have run before the injuries.

Did Champ Bailey get cut or something?

He is old, but should at least be on the list.

Yeah no kidding. Some people act like he is just coming here to die. Some people are going to be surprised.

Not only that, he's our second best DB currently on the roster. LOL. People are definitely underestimating him.

Corey White will win the #2 spot at some point next season IMO.

Wouldn't surprise me.

He has improved all the time.
And Ryan will use him in a way that will allow him to succeed (press man).

Oversight on my part.....my sincerest apologies to you, Champ, and Champ's family.

Need one more high level CB to even talk about potentially being a special secondary. Unless Champ comes in and shows himself to be at the level he used to be, we are still sorely lacking at corner outside Lewis

I liked what I saw from Corey White...good size, and he played well.

...played the season at 23 years old -- first season getting a lot of playing time.

He got burned as the #1 against Desean Jackson for a quarter, but who wouldn't?....his play has been promising imo, and he's at least a very good slot corner.

If Champ plays like it's 2012, Robinson plays like it's 2011, and White continues his improvement, this will be a special secondary.

White is a solid young CB

Prob was definitely showing promise before injury+spags

KV+Byrd+Bush are probably the best safety trio in the league.

they're well on their way imo

The secondary looks really good.

I'd like to add one more CB in round 1-3.
