Because if you fire coaches every other year 2 things will happen.
1. No one worth a damn would go to a team that fires coaches frequently
2. The team will never learn a system or grasp anything if they are starting over every 2 years or so thus stunting their growth.

Season ended 5 days ago.
Why does Ryan Pace (Director of Player Personnel) and Rick Reiprish (Director of College Scouting) still have their jobs?

Cameron Jordan is not average.

Because changing coordinators every year is a stupid decision and a terrible way to manage a team.
Because defense wasn't the biggest problem on the field this year.
Because he had a great season last year.
Because the defense was destroyed by injuries this year.
Because he's a good coordinator and coach.

Every other year. Rob's track record shows him being fired ever 2 years.

Absolutely correct.

See my answer to #1.

Byrd and the DB's. The rest of the squad under-achieved.

I disagree. See #1.

Ok and name one part of that team that was any worse than the defense. Plus as already said we were basically playing with our second and thrid string secondary most of the season.
