Post less..Peyton is awesome. Excluding Bellicheck and Andy Reid he's the best regular season coach in the NFL. Unfortunately he hasn't built his teams for playoff runs. He's very average in Post season!

You trade Payton and you trade Micheal thomas. You get 3 first rounds picks and maybe 2 seconds. You are loaded with picks and cap space. You can hire a new coach and he’s loaded with players and picks for the future. If Payton leaves it wont be that bad. Name the last big playoff game he won since the Super Bowl. You can find another coach that can win with all that. Promoting Dennis Allen I would be fine with that.
