Only Lester earl would judge a player off of 2 games

What about what he's done to earn the contract?
Did he do nothing to earn the contract?

He’s done nothing to earn that amount of money.

He’s 7th on the team in yards from scrimmage through 1/4 of the season & Michael Thomas hasn’t even played lol

Forcing taysom plays has messed up our mojo in 3 consecutive games IMO

Absolutely. But when you pay your 6-7th most important weapon what you did, you prob feel obligated to force him the ball.

What he did in the past is even more argument to not get that contract. The only thing that would've justified it was doubling his touches or becoming the starting QB next year.

I get what you are saying.
The fumble killed that game.

Payton is using him wrong this year.
He should get at least 2 or 3 pass plays a game
If he doesn't see anyone open, let him create with his legs, that's his best attribute anyway.
Also, they paid him off of last year and the future
