Salary cap next year, who do we let go ?

I don't fully understand the salary cap and how Loomis usually gets under it.
With that being said, who do you believe the Saints will cut/restructure next year ?
Assuming Cam Jordan and Demario Davis play out this year and retire the following year, who do you believe the Saints get rid of that will help the teams salary cap?
Taysom Hill? Mike Thomas? Honey Badger ? Mayes ? Peat ??
Forget who is the coach, forget the obvious " Peat needs to go".
Does cutting a player make since salary cap wise ??? I would like to know based of a business decision and not emotion.
