It’s a liberal cesspool over there. It’s only bearable sometimes during the season and during lent when that guido guy goes away. He’s the absolute worst.

I have been a member since 2004 and even donated money to the site to keep it going but they arent getting a red cent any more. That place is what others have mentioned before. A fricking cesspool. It changed alot since 2004 and for news its great, but the actual discussions have taken a nose dive and it wont get better.

I've garnered 16 citations on the political board. I didn't know ice could get that thin. The mere sight of my username triggers a hail of red thumbs. It's a shame because they have run off some good conservative posters.

Their political board is basically an echo chamber unless a conservative happens to post something and they all feel a need to gang up on him. Its fricking sad.

I’m a mod and I avoid the political board like the plague. The political board here is pretty bad too, but there are a lot of intelligent discussions to be found and at the end of the day you can tell someone to GFY. Sometimes I wish SR would allow the same candor, but thats not the direction they want.
