I suspect the nfl will put a stop to this. Seems like a violation of the spirit of the rule and an unfair advantage.
Something like, if QB2 plays more than x snaps at another position, you don’t get to use QB3.

Your chances of winning when you’re starting QB is injured in the middle of the game, skew heavily to the unlikely category thru NFL history.
Getting thru a half with Hill vs Winston is what and what. Getting an extra guy that plays on your game day roster is a worthwhile advantage.
