Saints signing Stills to PS.

Let’s see how this works out.
Kenny Stills going back where it began. The veteran wide receiver is signing to the #Saints' practice squad after working out for the team today, source says. Have to figure he's a possible add to their active roster soon.

Hes probably the best wr out there by far. Hopefully he matured since the last time he was here….

This for sure. He is also better than anything we have on the field currently. I still have hope for Callaway and Harris going forward but we need some talent right now particularly if Thomas lingers coming back.

Because we need bodies at WR and he was not only the best available but has some familiarity with the system as well? It aint like we traded for him or sold the farm for him, why not bring him in essentially for free and see if we can use him? If he doesn't work out it's not like we're worse for it

We didn't even trade for Stills, we brought him in for a workout and then decided he was good to sign to the PS as a reserve. If we need DB depth and Vacarro doesn't have a team and he's the best available option I don't see why we wouldn't bring him in to the practice squad too if it came down to it.

Nope. Real world issues alot of players have dealt with. Anyway we needed another receive hopefully he helps the team win.

Whether it was or not doesn’t matter. That is the perception quite a few have, and once you put it out there, perception is what drives the narrative. You can stomp your feet and swear that wasn’t your intent, but perception drives the train.
