The Bengals only tight end of note is Irv Smith Jr who is injured 75% of the time.

Saints have Juwan Johnson and Taysom Hill. So they were a lot more stacked at the position comparatively speaking. Not saying we didn’t need a TE though.

It’s a move that could’ve made a strong difference for both teams considering the need and also Burrow and Moreau’s relationship as well as Carr and Moreau’s relationship.

I’d say Hayden hurst is a better player than Moreau. Did he put the Bengals over the top last year? No. Like I said he’s a number two tight end that won’t have that big of an impact in the grand scheme of things.

Only upper echelon tight ends make a huge difference on a team. Backup tight ends, not so much.

A lot of you guys turned your back on Drew Brees for no reason when the dude ended up in a lose lose situation due to woke 2020 culture and his racist teammates turning their back on him.

Drew Brees lost a ton of respect from this fanbase because he prioritized his broadcasting career over his long standing beliefs. Rogers was vocal against the vaccine and Brady was hanging with Trump when neither were PC, and they survived. Brees read the room wrong and took a knee. I love what the guy did for the Saints, but he did exactly what I teach my kids not to do and he earned his loss of respect.

drew brees was left on an island by everyone. tom brady has earned a bullet proof armor through his on field accomplishments essentially made him untouchable.
