He did have one of the highlights unfortunately. Had a great punt that flipped field position. Unfortunately it ultimately only meant L.A. just had to go further to score points.

Sometimes you didn’t need to do that.
Some people invested in antennas that could pick up KLFY. Some cable systems even as far as Houma and Thibodaux carried KLFY until Fox took over the NFC package. Back then KLFY had a booming signal. Even if the signal wasn’t coming in completely clearly, you could still see enough in analog static to satisfy your urge to watch the game.
Now with digital, KLFY covers a smaller area and is on VHF which is harder to pickup digitally. And with a weaker signal, it is all or nothing.
