Saints organization has no grown up in the room, no one with a clue how to manage it

Saints don’t even trust themselves in the draft, they trade away their no1 draft pick, huge mistake! Biggest in a while, nothing appears organized, not on the field, not in the booth.

You honestly think we are going to have a top 5 pick? We’ve lost three games that we could have easily won. We will be fighting for a playoff spot. I can’t wait to bump these ridiculous posts.

Do y’all think any of these other guys would have made Winston better? He is what he is and he is the limiting factor.

The Davenport and Olave moves were both irresponsible imo. You’re basically using 2 1st round draft picks to select 1 guy. The pick would have to be All-pro level to justify that risk, then assuming you actually do hit the powerball on your gamble, he’d have to stay healthy, which is seemingly a coinflip in today’s NFL.
Then here’s some other blunders...
5 years late on Landry and TM
Basically gave away CJGJ in his prime
Ravens seem to be enjoying Marcus Williams.
Showed Von Bell the door.
Then we thought 29yo Marcus Maye who just tore his achilles would step in without a hiccup.
We were the only organization out of 32 that was naive enough to think we could transform Jameis (there’s a reason he was healthy and at 24yo, only got 1yr $1M UFA deal coming off a 5k yard league leading season). We’ve found that reason, but it should have been the Jets.
Our head coach was sleeping with other organizations for god knows how long and we didn’t have a clue.
We replaced said coach with a proven failure, seemingly because he’d been loyal and we felt he deserved it. Never even considered other candidates.
We allowed Mike Thomas to play us like a fiddle.
The list goes on, but yes, it appears we have a clear lack of control starting at the top.

I think your points are accurate. Payton seemed to have checked out once Brees retired.

But DA says look and listen before he talks like Sean did

Loomis.
Right now, the Saints are only competing to stay out of the bottom of the entire league and not the playoffs.
This is a very bad football team that will be lucky to win more than 3-4 games.

Philly's pick will, IMHO, turn out to be a Top 10 pick.

There is no grown up on the sideline either.Every coach
looks so passive when we make a bonehead penalty or bad
throw etc.SP was in faces when those things occured.DA
is a cigar store indian on the sideline. No passion ,no
accountability. If things don`t change we will have a top
10 draft pick.

As close as we are to 0-4 we are to 4-0.
Couple of bullshite drive extending penalties against the Bucs and the pick 6 turn the game around.
AK41 fumble and the missed tackle on the long TD against Carolina.
bullshite PI yesterday and a double doink.
Literally maybe 5 plays from 4-0.

Didn't the Saints trade this pick to the Eagles?

Yes - it will be a Top 5, if not in the Top 3 of this upcoming draft.

I’m as unhappy as the rest of you but let’s not forget we were down our 2 best skill players in MT and AK, plus Peat.
We were 2 bad calls away from winning that game and had maybe the craziest missed fg in my lifetime away from OT.
We aren’t as bad as our record indicates IMO. And there’s still plenty of games left.

What the fruck are you talking about? Payton coached his arse off last year under some really trying conditions. His #1 receiver ....out most of his line banged up for significant time. Played 4 different QBs, Kicker out, Onyemata out for 6 games, and still was about to make the playoffs on the last week of the year. You guys are beyond ridiculous.
