The Dome is fine for non-corporate ticket holders. Chairbacks, it never rains, the sun is never in your eyes and it's always 72 degrees.
With only 1 Fortune 500 company domiciled in the city, the Dome works due to the renovations over the years.

The Superdome is protected. It’s a national historic structure after Katrina.

I mean I'm good with gutting the inside but keeping the outside shell. It's the Dome man.

Who in the hell would want to go to an outdoor stadium at noon in La on a regular basis?

They move to Salt Lake City and build a stadium there and become the Utah Saints, just like the Jazz.

What happens to the Saints when Gayle dies.
She has no heirs. It is supposed to be handled by a trust for the team to be sold and money left to improve New Orleans through a philanthropic trust.
But here is a thought, unless Tom put a clause to prohibit it, what if Gayle, 75, married a young buck and changed her carefully laid out plans and left the sports empire to him instead?
Robert Kraft of the Patriots found love in a much younger model.
To the young buck who could pull this off, it would be like hitting this week’s Powerball a few times based on the value of both teams.
