As much as I have not been happy about Rob this season, How is anything going to get fixed changing Coaches and systems every other year?

who's out there that can coach 3-4? not that we have the linebackers for it now, but we'd have to start from scratch again if we went back to 4-3

Not really. Junior is best suited for 4-3 DE. Cam may be better in a 3-4 but he wasn't being used much like one the past two years anyway. Our only true 3-4 LB is Haralson. Lofton is better suited for 4-3 as well.

I don't know what's going on behind closed doors, but it's obvious that there is a disconnect there. I guess I won't hate Rob Ryan leaving, but if you're Sean Payton you have to take a long look in the mirror at your own playcalling on offense.

Rob Ryan sucks. Its pretty obvious there is a rift between them when you see their interactions on the sideline.
