Nothing wrong with seeing it on here. I think we’re looking pretty good. We even have a little leverage to get back into the 4th if there’s a guy we really like.

Thanks for posting. Eight picks is a “lot” for the Saints. I don’t see them adding 8 rookies, so I definitely think the MO of moving up at some point (back into the 3rd or 4th) is likely. I just hope nothing involves moving future 1s.

There is no way that we make all those picks. I can see us packaging those 7ths and the 5th to move up for another 4th.

Seems like history shows you're right, but the Saints really need an influx of young cheap talent.

There's no position on the roster that you could say a rookie couldn't beat out the bottom of what we have except for maybe OT and CB. Now contract wise you my have to keep the vet over a rookie.

As much as I hate to say it, with the FA signings they have made me believe they could be thinking moving up in the first and sacrifice a lot of that draft capital for a player they believe can put them over the top.

They really do need young talent. Keep them all draft whom they deem the most talented and maybe you hit a diamond or two. If you trade away picks and miss then what. There are no guaranties.
