Eagles are a good team too. Most NFL games are hard to win.

Played like shite, still easily could have won.

Move on, hopefully the injuries aren’t too severe.

Well said. Two offense lineman hurt and no Tay Tay. And I absolutely expected the Eagles to give us their best shot.

On to the Falcons. 3-1

Maybe as bad as we thought preseason. Beat a terrible Carolina team and caught DLS off guard.

DBG you need to stop spoiling the plays or get off the Board

Every single week you and mook are 10-15 seconds ahead of everyone in the game thread

Good as in 9-8.

Mediocre as in 8-9 or worse.

I don't have a prediction on how they will finish but I think the ceiling is 9 wins and no Playoffs for the 2024 New Orleans Saints.

I also predict that Kubiak is not with the Saints beyond this season, unless he is the HC of the Saints.

I think we’re too thin on offensive playmakers to be truly good. We desperately need one of these practice squad running backs to be viable because Williams is dogshit and who the hell knows when Mr Glass will be back. No shot kamara holds up to this kind of workload for 17+ games at his age.

Wanted to post this last week because it’s pretty obvious but didn’t want to shite on a great win. We need some depth.

I thought the lack of explosiveness would be a problem, yes. I think the OL getting killed was the bigger issue today.

Saints are an average team in my opinion. Not terrible, but not good

Offensive and defensive line played like who we thought they were today. Lost in the trenches. Simple as that.

For sure. Starts up front. It’s not even a lack of takent at skilled positions as much as I just think we need a couple more guys. Season is such a slog. Honestly I’d be combing practice squads for running back talent.

Our DL was largely the MVP for us today, but we are weak in the middle against the run.

DLine was being held a lot. When they showed hands to the face on us on last drive , they also showed Eagle lineman hugging Saint DLineman. No way a Oline can hold any dLine out fir 10 seconds. None

You can’t drop games like that one. You get to the end of the year and we will be 9-8 or 8-9 and look back at this game as a huge missed opportunity. This team isn’t good enough to piss away games.
