Knowing the gameplan was vanilla probably took some intensity out of the D. They're used to blitzing a lot. It's tough to just play base when your not used to it.

sadly there are some quality retards on this forum. put a good offense against a non blitzing/vanilla scheme D and see what happens. oh, and play our back up and soon to be FA safety.
