This front office deserves this. They thought they were gonna make a run with Jameis Winston and traded a first-round pick next year to draft Olave. And their backup plan was Andy Dalton. If you don’t have a quarterback in this league, you need to be planning to get one. You’re not going to the Super Bowl with either of the current QBs.
Don’t get me wrong, Olave is a good player. But he’s not worth passing up the chance to draft a QB in the first round next year to be on a 3-7 team this year.
This front office also deserves this for the lazy Dennis Allen hire.
