There's no fricking reason for Brunell to be playing.

Where the frick is the block in the back?

My God, put in Daniel. Brunell is absolutely terrible.

He's under 50% on completion percentage now... this could wind up being epic suckage.

There was a block in the back not called.

Total O 279-Pnathers ...91-Saints.

Great SB team. I know we have no QB playing today, but the D is again playing like a 1-15 team and has been doing this most of the year.

I understand the injury concerns, I really do... but I don't see how this is a good result for the psychology of this team.

Take it from a guy who roots for a team that got Wes Welker's knee broken an hour earlier, I'd have rather got our arse kicked this week than lose him for the playoffs, which they probably have.

Thinking the same thing. Wonder why the announcers weren't all over that one. Oh wait....

So the defense doesn't have any key players?

Billick: "that could have been a block in the back, but let's see how the young qb Moore can handle that no call"

This really doesn't bother me too much. Unfortunately we were really banged up and had no choice but to rest these guys. What do we expect with the backups in there. I'm just happy to see Greer back. With our starters in, i think we are winning this game. As soon as we clinched I remember seeing a ton of posts stating to start the practice squad. Do I like resting the starters..no. But I just don't think we had a choice. This is one of the best teams we have ever had, if not the best. You see what we are without Brees. We have to give ourselves a chance.

Well they should pull ALL the offensive starters at this point... someone's going to get hurt if Brunell can't complete a pass.

That's scary.
i think most of the D is back again and if they do have any "key" players then what's the problem?
