We can only hope the truth comes out.
Fact: Hayes was following Smith, and says he called 911. Why? Was there an incident. If so why ram Smiths vehicle. He called 911. He's tailing the car. Write down the license # and wait for NOPD. Back off.
He took matters into his own hands. Nothing else matters. He's a murderer.

That could certainly be an argument.
Also, you can't use stand your ground if you are involved in "unlawful activity".
If he intentionally rear-ended Smith's vehicle, he would be engaged in "unlawful activity". One could argue.

People on Facebook are saying that Will was going back to the car to get a gun. This is why Fuller is trying to get the aggressor stuff out there. The question they are posing is do you shoot or do u flee? He had to have the gun on him already. What made will go back to his truck. Was he in fear?

Are you still going to assert this if no gun was/is found in Smith's car? As we said, a witness saying that Smith was actually reaching for a gun without seeing Smith with a gun is pure speculation.

the witness said smith said he had a gun.
people get shot all the time just for gesturing like they have a weapon. ask the police about it.

are you a fricking idiot or what? the words will reaching for a gun was never fricking spoken by the witness in that video.
