Regardless of if Smith had a gun or not, the shooter got out of his vehicle and approached Smiths vehicle. That removes self defense. He is a murderer.

How about a problem for the state to handle to throw some monies in the mental health arena? For some reason us black men are seriously adverse to seeing a doctor to help or even check out mental state. Its taboo. How about we have some conflict resolution classes put in the schools?
