Does anyone expect to hear retirement announcements from some of our guys after this year? Maybe Demario, or Cam, even Landry?

While possible, Cam made a comment last year about having 3 more years in him, which would have him playing out his current contract. If so, I could see them working a deal to push some of his $14M 2023 salary into 2024 & 2025

Landry is a free agent, don't care.

Demario and cam, I think it's up to them they finish their contracts or ask for a trade

Demario said he doesn’t plan on retiring any time soon.

Cam probably feels the same way. They’re both still playing good football.

Don't remember what I was listening to, but Cam needs about 15 more sacks to be a lock for the HOF. He's only missed 2 games, I think he's back.

10 more sacks put him in the top 25

25 sacks to crack the top 10 all time

Yeah at 115 sacks Cam is sitting outside looking in for the HOF most likely (do I agree with that personally? no).

10 sacks and I think he's in.

He's most comparable statistically to Dwight Freeney and Jarden Allen, both who have more sacks than him.

Cam is a much better overall player than those two pass rush specialists.

I don't disagree, but Cam has had almost no fanfare as a Saint despite being one of the best defensive players in the NFL over the last decade. Both had way more All-Pros than Cam.

Demario fell off a cliff this year. Next year may be scary. Father Time is undefeated.

That's what they were saying. 125 will get you a 50/50 shot. 130 will most likely get you in.
