I sure hope you aren't trying to pin the loss vs seattle on reggie. That was all the D's fault, we scored 30+ points, which is plenty enough points to win. Harper got torched a couple of times and the whole defense got run over at the end.

Of course the D was horrific, but that didn't excuse Reggie from contributing basically nothing.

If he doesn't drop a sure TD pass against Seattle, we probably would have had enough momentum to hold off the Seahawks.

Good lord. And if Brees had not had the second most INT's in the league and numerous INTs returned for TD,s we might have had homefield advantage.

So your retort to this is to mention bad plays from Brees in games that occured before this one?

Not really. If people are dumb enough to try and pin the SEA loss on a missed pass by Reggie, they and equally stupid argument would be to blame the loss of a 1 seed on Brees. To clarify, i believe neither.

Yeah, 4.2 is a great time Reggie. Too bad it's always in the wrong direction.

bush didn't even run a 4.2(he ran a 4.33) in combine shape, after months of speed training, when he was younger

After he kicked a$$ in the 2009 Cardinals playoff game, he was a different player. It's like something clicked. Had a game changing TD in the NFCCCG and started last season with great energy. He is a hard runner now, IMO. Then he got injured. I think he is a vital part of this O. I for one want him back. I will forever see him holding that bat.

wow

i seriously think there is a segment of saints fans who wouldn't get mad if reggie raped their mother, daughter, and/or wife

What did Brees have to do with this thread?

This is a thread about Bush and my comment was on BUSH'S pathetic performance in the playoffs. Why would you feel the need to bring Brees up? Hmm...

That right there is just more proof of you hating on Brees and doing anything you can do support Bush.

Again, the D was bad, but that didn't excuse Reggie from contributing basically nothing. Wouldn't you agree with that? Or do you want to make another post completely dodging my point so you can find some random way to bash Brees?

Well, technically you "answered" it, but when I ask what are YOUR thoughs on the question and your response is for me to check NFL player's thoughs on the question, that is clearly not answering the question.

Seems like that should be a pretty obvious one for you to see, no?

/c you blaming Bush for the loss is about as stupid as blaming Brees for not having the #1 seed. But I understand your blaming Bush. You are a known Bush hater

I had already answered the question and given my thoughts on it. I am not going to change my answer or thoughts on it because the original ones were not to your liking.

This is usually where you just completely dodge the post or point I make, when you're wrong and can't prove it.

Go ahead, show me where I said this or anything that I said about Bush in the playoff game is incorrect.

Haters usually say illogical things. I bet you can't find ONE illogical thing I've ever said about Bush.

Ah, the thought that because he makes ONE good return for a TD every season on average, that makes him awesome.

That one?

You really want to stick by that stance?

Yikes.

You are wrong AGAIN. I implied 'not just average'. Tied for the league record for PR TD's in a game. All-time Saints PR for TD's after only five years. That is what i stick with.

Again, I am not changing my stance because you don't like it
