Real talk about rebuild.....how to do it?

So all the talk about a rebuild. How do you start that process? Start with coaching staff? Let certain players go? Small pieces or big chunks? So much talent on the offensive side of the ball that is being wasted. Just wondering legitimately how to begin a fresh start for this franchise.

Well it sure as frick didn’t help to deal out a massive contract to Carr.
I’d give Ben Johnson a blank check but I doubt he would pick us over some other options he’d have.

No a Saints rebuild will have to start with the front office. And I don’t think that happens without an ownership change. The Benson estate is locked into Mickey Loomis and Dennis Lauscha. I can not see a scenario where Gayle fires either of them. They’d have to step down on their own which I also don’t see happening.

Under the current Ownership, IMHO, this franchise cannot do a successful Re-build.
They will try to patch things together until the team gets bad enough to warrant a sale and a move to a new more viable NFL city.

As opposed to what? I think the Saints is still an attractive job. There’s still talent on both sides of the ball but new blood on the coaching staff would do some good

Because IMHO Loomis and Lauscha can't do a successful Re-build, I say that this Ownership can't do it - because she will never fire Loomis or Lauscha.

Trade deadline is 31 Oct, so, they could start by trading away the talent in exchange for Draft picks, but they will not do that.

Can we start a petition to somehow get Rita back? Lets be real Gayle stole everything from Tom and took over. She ruined pro sports in nola.
