New Orleans wallows in its own self pity and then caters to the lowest denominator when it comes to policy, accountability, and responsibility. The citizens of NOLA cannot understand there is a business persona and there is a personal life persona and the two cannot be mingled together and maintain a vibrant business culture with business outside that culture.
New Orleans leaders want to embrace the environment of carribean islands, and that is what they are getting in return today. Poverty, crime and tourist zones.

It’s pretty dumb to dive into this. I’m born and raised here and I’m not the biggest fan of the shite that happens in this city. But, you think Miami, Baltimore, Detroit, etc don’t have these issues? What about Cincinnati having their players homes targeted in robberies? Winning fixes everything. All the stuff you mentioned didn’t stop Brees or Payton from coming here and spending 15 years.
