I don’t think he’s terrible, but he’s certainly not good right now. He’s a rookie with no offensive line, an interim coach, no WR’s, and a TE who can’t catch.
Not saying he’s the answer, but pretty early to evaluate him.

I don’t think he’s the answer (at all), but it’s not all on him either. This roster is a fricking shite show. Not to mention this defense is ATROCIOUS since DA left…….anyone thinking that Joe Woods is a good DC is a moron.
Rattler definitely has some tools, but IF he ever develops into a starter….. I think it would take a WHILE.

His point is that even with those circumstances, Carr is still having a very good season if not for injuries.
I do think Rattler will be a very good backup though.
