Its the Seahawks.
He is their 3rd receiver. Kupp has 9 catches as their 2nd receiver and he has 7 as their 3rd.
That offense is mainly running the ball and jsn.
The saints could surely use Rashid Shaheed and his speed. They don't threaten anyone deep.

The offense line doesn’t create enough time to throw deep. Shaheed probably wouldn’t have a reception at this point if be still played for the saints
